Quinoa, mango, , orange, yellow peppers, edamame, frozen vegetables, spinach, asparagus, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, romaine lettuce, couscous, red split pea, mushrooms, celery & tofu.
You can also add some walnuts, avocado, dried cranberries, blueberries or sesame salad dressing for additional flavouring.
