➡️ Ingredients (6 servings):

Canned jackfruit 600g

Canned pineapple 398ml

Vegan BBQ sauce 300ml 

Salt 1 tsp

Black pepper 1 tsp

Oil some

 

➡️Steps:

1. Slice the pineapple in chunks

2. In a non-stick pan, stir fry the jackfruit with medium heat and oil

3. Stir fry till jackfruit are broken up and shredded

4. Add in pineapple and stir fry well

5. Add in BBQ sauce, salt and black pepper. Stir fry until the jackfruit are soaked with BBQ sauce

6. Bon appetit 😋
