(Healthy version)
🍉 Ingredients (34 cookies - depends on the size of the cutter):
All purpose flour 1 1/2 cup
Whole wheat flour 1 cup
Vegan butter 1 cup
Vegan cocoa powder 1/8 cup
Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
Almond extract 1/2 tsp

All purpose flour 2 1/2 cup
Vegan butter 1 1/4 cup
Powdered sugar 3/4 cup
Almond extract 1/2 tsp
🍉Steps:
1. Preheat the oven to 325 F degrees
2. Add flour and powdered sugar into a container and stir well
3. Slowly pour the melted vegan butter and almond extract, and mix well with low speed with a handheld mixer until blended well
4. Put half of the mixture into another container, add cocoa powder (for chocolate flavor), mix well with the handheld mixer
5. Take out the mixture and shape into a ball. Roll the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm, use cookie cutter to make shortbread. Place them on the baking tray
6. Bake for about 14 minutes (until the bottom is a slightly golden. Do not over-bake), it's ready after cooling for about 20 minutes 😋
