🍉Ingredients (8 servings):
Chickpeas 2 cans (1,080 g), drained or 2 cups cooked
White sesame 1/8 cup
Sugar 5 tsp
Lemons: juice of 2 lemons
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Himalayan salt or sea salt 1 tsp
For decoration toppings, I have added chickpeas, cold pressed olive oil, a little bit of white sesame, cilantro and paprika powder.
🍉Steps:
1. In a blender, add in chickpeas, white sesame, sugar, cumin powder, lemon juice and sea salt. Blend till smooth and fluffy
2. Take it out for immediate consumption or sprinkle with some chickpeas, olive oil, white sesame, cilantro and paprika powder
3. Bon appetit!
