我曾經在一個全素食醫生分享他們一天飲食的影片中看到: 我們的食物必須要像彩虹一樣充滿多種色彩。所以當我準備食材配料的時候,常常會想起這句話。Cook like a rainbow有兩個好處: 一來不同顏色有不同的營養素,二來孩子們看到漂亮的顏色自然也食慾大增了。
今天用YouTube影片來介紹大家這個簡單的家常菜『彩虹西蘭花』🌈🥦。最重要的是想分享一個健康煮食的好方法。煎煮、油炸或爆香的過程中都容易把油加熱至油沸點,油一旦到達沸點會產生對我們身體健康極為有害的有毒氣體煙霧和自由基。
其實我們只要稍微改變一下烹調方式,將烹煮食物的時間縮短和將食物移開火源才放油,其他的調味料對了,我們一樣可以享受菜餚的美味口感。透過更健康的烹煮方式,我們也更能夠訓練我們的味蕾回歸自然,嚐到食材本身的甜美。趕快來看吧!😋
I once heard the phrase, "our food should be full of colors like a rainbow" from an interview with a group of plant-based doctors. Ever since, I often think of it whenever I'm preparing food for the family. Eating the rainbow has two benefits: firstly, different colored ingredients have different nutrients; and secondly, it's visually so appealing that would instantly increase our children's appetite. Today, I am happy to introduce you to this simple home cooking, "Healthy Rainbow Broccoli" 🌈🥦with our very first YouTube video. The most important thing is to share the idea of healthy cooking. It is easy to heat the oil above their boiling point during the process of stir-frying or deep-frying. Once the oil is cooked above its boiling point, it would generate toxic fumes and free radicals that are extremely harmful to our body. In fact, we only need to adjust the way we cook a little bit by shortening the cooking time and removing food from the heat before adding the oil in the dish. On top of that, as long as we get the seasonings right, we can still make healthy dishes without sacrificing the taste.
